AI Filmmaking 101 is operated by TrenDee Productions and Dr. David J. Hoffman. By creating an account, purchasing training, or using this website, you agree to these policies. You must provide accurate account information and keep your login private.
A purchase grants one individual a limited, personal, non-transferable license to view the course materials for educational use. Course videos, downloads, writing, artwork, branding, and teaching materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. You may not copy, record, download, resell, publicly display, redistribute, share credentials, or use the course to train another AI system without written permission.
We may suspend access when we reasonably believe an account is involved in fraud, credential sharing, piracy, abuse, or another material violation of these terms. We may update course content, tools, lesson order, and supported technology as the field changes while preserving the core value of the purchased training.
Final-sale and no-refund policy
Digital course access is delivered immediately after a successful payment. Because students receive access to the complete proprietary training at once, every course, bundle, and coaching purchase is final and non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law.
If a duplicate charge or technical access problem occurs, contact us promptly through the instructor contact form. We will investigate legitimate billing or access errors. A payment dispute does not create permission to retain, copy, or distribute course material.
Privacy and account data
We collect the information needed to create and operate your learner account, including your name, email address, mobile number, purchases, and course progress. We use this information to authenticate you, deliver access, provide support, maintain purchase records, prevent fraud, and send essential transaction or course messages.
Payment card and bank information is handled by Stripe and is not stored on this website. We may use trusted technology providers to host the site, deliver video, process payments, authenticate users, and store account records. We do not sell your personal information. We retain records as reasonably necessary for access, support, security, tax, and legal duties.
To request access to or correction of your information, use the instructor contact form. Certain purchase and compliance records may need to be retained even if other account information is deleted.
Educational and results disclaimer
The training is educational and does not provide legal, tax, investment, financial, employment, distribution, or guaranteed business advice. AI tools, pricing, features, licensing rules, platform policies, and results can change. You are responsible for checking the rights, releases, terms, laws, and commercial requirements that apply to your own project.
Examples involving Dr. Hoffman, his films, revenue, licensing, audiences, or students illustrate experience; they are not a promise that you will earn money, secure distribution, receive similar exposure, or achieve the same outcome. Your results depend on your ideas, effort, skill, spending, market conditions, platform decisions, and many other factors.
Affiliate disclosure
Some website and classroom links are affiliate links, including links to CapCut. If you click an affiliate link and make a qualifying purchase, TrenDee Productions may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. An affiliate relationship does not change the price you pay and does not guarantee that a tool is right for every project.
One-on-one project support
One-on-one support is offered only to qualifying projects and requires a minimum $3,000 non-refundable purchase, a two-to-three-hour initial Zoom call with Dr. David J. Hoffman, and continued project support within a three-month window. Scope, scheduling, deliverables, communication limits, and payment terms must be confirmed in a separate written agreement before coaching begins.
Contact and governing terms
Questions about your purchase, access, privacy, or these policies may be sent through the instructor contact form. These policies are governed by applicable United States law and the laws of the State of Alabama, without overriding consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply.
